Official AC3 Cosplay: High Profile Kill by mishi Official AC3 Cosplay: High Profile Kill by mishi

This summer, ~junkeemunky and I were two of several cosplayers who were invited by Ubisoft to participate in an elite cosplay group for SDCC and PAX Prime. Our task: to cosplay the new characters from the Multiplayer mode of Assassin's Creed III.

For PAX Prime, my cosplay partner, ~junkeemunky, cosplayed the Huntsman. Little is known about this mysterious Templar agent.

I cosplayed The Nightstalker. His real name is unknown, but the frightened citizens of Boston have dubbed him "Joe", based on a rumor that one of his victims shouted the name with his dying breath.

What's ironic is that according to the Erudito Files on these two, they were both Assassins.

I love the fact that you guys go to so much effort to play the part, as well as all of the amazing detail in the costumes. I loved Sharpshooter, but I'm blown away by the Nightstalker and the Huntsman. Great, great job guys!

If collecting these figures is somewhat the same as in Brotherhood... Then I am sorry to say I have killed you both... :P

AWESOME SHOT!!! You really went out of your way to create detailed costumes. Then you really play the role, the postures the faces, just Awesome!! The manip of the photo is also great!!

There are many great cosplayers... Some make awesome props, some make awesome clothes... But most, even with MAD props, LACK something in the total picture...

I have not seen many cosplayers that can combine all these above mentioned features so well! You made great picture as a whole!! Actually.... I know of only one... I am a great fan of Brent (Force be with ya). He does that flawlessly.

2 tips... Sorry if I offend you... As you have not asked for tips...
But I must say something...

1. Find an enviroment that does honor to these costumes and do a freaking cool photoshoot. These costumes are great, you don;t need to hide them behind photo manipulation.

2. More my taste, not even nessecary.... But I'd dirty these suits up way, way more. But.... that's just me.

Basically... This rocks!!!
Keep it up!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! We work really hard to be the 'total package' when it comes to cosplay, so I'm really happy to hear from you that you feel that we do it! I met Brent last summer and he's such a nice guy! I admire his cosplay, too.

As for the tips, the reason for the photo manipulation is because these photos were taken in a parking lot at PAX, which isn't very period appropriate.

It was by UbiGabe's suggestion that we make it look like we were in the Animus, and since we were there by invitation of Ubisoft, we did what he wanted! While I would have liked to do a proper photo shoot, we didn't have time! We're planning on wearing them again and doing a proper photo shoot once we find a good location.

The lack of weathering was due to time constraints (which I know you know all too well), but we're planning on doing some dirtying, especially to the Nightstalker.

Thanks again for your great comments and tips, we'll definitely take them into consideration!

By the way... one night at PAX, we went to dinner with UbiGabe and we mentioned you, and he had nothing but compliments for you! You keep it up, too!
